TECHNOLOGY TIP

Are all audio files podcasts?
Not all audio files found on the web are podcasts. Podcasts are digital media broadcasts delivered to a computer for viewing on the computer or ipod. Podcasts can be audio or video files. General audio files can be set up to play in a web browser, streamed live, downloaded to your hard drive, or be a podcast.
